Roma played their latest fixture in the Uefa Europa League against Braga, and managed to win the match with a 3-1 at full-time. The match between Roma and Braga were the second leg in a two legged tie which they played in the Round of 32 in the competition. Roma managed to win the first leg 2-0 and now their latest second leg 3-1 as it ends in a 5-1 aggregate win. Roma after their 5-1 win has now reached the Round of 16 in the Europa league. Roma's second leg win is all thanks to three goals scored by Edin Dzeko, Carles Perez and Borja Mayoral. Braga scored once in the match when Bryan Cristante scored.
Roma opened the scoring very early in thd first half of the match when Edin Dzeko scored in the 23rd minute to take the lead at 1-0. Carles Perez extended Roma's lead to 2-0 when he scored in the 74th minute of the match. Roma's Bryan Cristante scored an own goal in the 87th minute as the score changed to 2-1. Borja Mayoral scored for Roma in the 90+1 minute as Roma win the match 3-1 in the end, and 5-1 on aggregate.
