The Premier Soccer League's transfer window officially closed on Monday the 15th. We had a look and profiled five more players who transfered in the GladAfrica Championship.
1. Miguel Dias (24)
Dias signed for Cape Town Spurs on loan from Orlando Pirates' youth development team Pele Pele FC in the Gauteng ABC Motsepe League. The midfielder only joined Pele Pele in December 2020, as he was seeking game time. But with the uncertainty of a return to action for the ABC Motsepe League, made him to move to the GAC. Before that he played for University of Pretoria as well as Dutch club PEC Zwolle.
2. Zaheer Witbooi (23)
Witbooi has joined Cape Town All Stars, after he was released by Orlando Pirates in August after his contract expired. The defender spent 3 years at Orlando Pirates representing their MDC team and ABC Motsepe team Pele Pele. Before his move to the Buccaneers he played for Grassy Park United and Magic FC in the ABC Motsepe Western Cape.
3. Letsie Koapeng (29)
Free agent Koapeng made the move to Jomo Cosmos, his 10th club of his career. The forward has already played 4 league matches for Ezenkosi since his January move. The former Bidvest Wits youth player graduated to the senior team, and had loan spells at Bay United, Bloemfontein Celtic and Chippa United. Also played for Orlando Pirates (Royal Eagles loan), Stellenbosch FC, Cape Town City and Platinum Stars.
4. Sibusiso Milazi (19)
Milazi was one of 3 players unveiled at Sekhukhune United this week. The Kaizer Chiefs MDC player joined Babina Noko on loan for the remainder of the season. The club's CEO said the young striker's addition was because they are expecting a busy league schedule in the coming weeks.
5. Mike Mkwate (22)
Mkwate has signed for Polokwane City on a two-and-a-half a year deal from Malawian club Nyasa Big Bullets. Prior to joining Big Bullets the centre midfielder played for another Malawian club Wizards FC.
