The former Kaizer Chiefs, Sundowns and Maritzburg United player Siyanda Xulu celebrated a 2-0 win with Hapoel Tel Aviv after defeating Maccabi Petach Tikva. 
Maccabi Petach Tikva played their latest fixture in the Israeli Premier league against Hapoel Tel Aviv and unfortunately lost 2-0 to Hapoel. Hapoel Tel Aviv's Siyanda Xulu who is from South Africa, managed to play a full 90 minutes for his side in the win. Hapoel Tel Aviv impressed when they scored two goals and a kept a clean sheet in the process away from home. Hapoel scored one goal in the first half and one goal in the second half from the penalty spot which secured the win for the away side.
Hapoel Tel Aviv scored the opening goal of the match in the 37th minute of the match when Lidor Cohen scored as Hapoel takes the 1-0 lead in the match as Omri Altman assist. Hapoel managed to extend their lead in the second half of the match when Omri Altman scored in the 75th minute from the penalty spot. Hapoel Tel Aviv managed to win the match 2-0 in the end. Siyanda Xulu played a good match as he aided his contribution in defence keeping a clean sheet for his side.
