Former Kaizer Chiefs star Shaun Bartlett have put the blame on Happy Mashiane

Former Kaizer Chiefs star Shaun Bartlett have put the blame on Happy Mashiane following the massive 3-0 loss against Al Ahly in the CAF Champions League final.

“The send-off made a massive difference as far as the outcome of the game was concerned, but I still have questions as to where would the goal have come from,” Bartlett said.

“Even with 11 players on the field, there was no real threat from the Chiefs, there was no support to Nurkovic from the midfielders.

“There was hope that Happy could be the one supporting him, but his inexperience caused the violent unnecessary tackle that cost the Chiefs the game.”

We don't need to blame that boy,why they didn't play for penalties. Why they didn't put in Castro early second half also Mphahlele was supposed to be taken out and put in Sassman so that wing backs will support the attack with speed from Frosler and Sassman but Baxter and his son were snoring there on the bench.

You are wrong my brother, remember in 1995 pirates became champions with 9 players. Mcwango was red carded, Fish went off bcs of knee injury, Lane finished the game with a head injury.

So don't blame Mashiane, instead blame chiefs management. Y didn't they let Zwane to finish what he qualified 4.

Aii, that's shit.

Baxter's selection and tactics killed the match for Chiefs.

Going to half time with a man down, and the scoreline at 0-0 You need to have a plan. Players need to be motivated enough to lift up the tempo and work hard for the team. The Coach who was supposed to take over the final was Author Zwane.

Why, because players that took the team to the Final were not selected for the Final Match day Squad. We never really posed threat to Al Ahly.

That's true the tackle was unnecesaary lets hope the young man learnt from his mistake. Its past now lets move on and prepare for MTN8.

Yes that is the truth people are afraid to tell the truth and that is why this country is like this you can't do such things at this level which means we mustn't call you a professional player.

Wheres sportsmanship A win for the Team, A loss for the team if he scored wd he say Mashiane made up proud & the other players dd nothing?yes it happened & it happens in Football besides Al Ahly is far much better & something had to happen for any of the team to win.

But the boy will commit suicide the way everyone put the blame on him. Chiefs thinks Star it's MTN8 or Macufe Cup, it was a first time for them and that should be a lesson for the next shorts Charity begins at home, how can you run a decade without winning your league and expect to get.

Honestly I feel sorry for the young lad, having to endure torrid times with his opponent, much to the dismay of the ref, unfortunately, it was one of those knee jack reaction that saw him red. He will come back strong , no doubt about that.
