“ANCYL Was Destroyed By Malema” ANC Cde Attacks EFF Leader

It has been eight years since Julius Malema, the Economic Freedom Fighters leader expelled from the ANC in 2013, was accused of wrecking the Youth League.

ANC Youth League leader Malema was dismissed from the ruling party following numerous unsuccessful attempts to get his expulsion reversed.

Following Malema's resignation and his deputy's resignation, there has been no ANC Youth League that was as dynamic as the one led by Julius Malema and Andile Lungisa.

An ANC Youth League supporter of Cyril Ramphosa claimed that Malema had destroyed it, however this accusation omitted to take into account that the league might be different today if the red beret leader hadn't been expelled.

Comrade: "Malelema, not the ones who put Malema to task, destroyed the ANCYL," stated the ANC official.

But Cyril Ramaphosa's detractors argue that he is not the savior his fans want him to be because he was an active member of the ANC for 28 years and shouldn't pretend he isn't part of the problem.

"You're writing rubbish. There must be a good reason why you see him as ANC Messiah. He's always had a say in the big decisions at ANC. He always has. When it came to dismantling our youth league, he was particularly active. He was also the conference vice president for four years. At Eskom, he was swamped with work "Critics disagree.

The current ANC Youth League has been characterized as weak and ineffective. For many, the ANC League has devolved into an arena for intra-ANC faction warfare.

Because the ANC Youth League is so preoccupied with intra-party squabbles, its mission is unclear, and as a result, the party's young members don't feel represented or know what the league stands for.
