This club boss is new to South African after having bought this club during the pandemic in 2020. He went on to finish 2nd on his first season and looked to be on an upward trajectory. Things haven't been going well this season and it's safe to say that they are far from the standard they set for themselves. It is not mathematically for his club to catch up to the log leaders this season.
AmaZulu FC boss, Sandile Zungu took to social media to share his thoughts following Mamelodi Sundowns's victory against Golden Arrows. I must say besikhapha iSundowns this season…What a Team, a big Shout Out to the Coaches for playing Top Football Manqoba Mnqithi @coach_rulani @komphelasteve will bring better competition next season. CONGRATULATIONS nasi
Sandile Zungu sent some appreciation to the trio of Rulani Mokwena, Manqoba Mngqithi and Steve Komphela for playing beautiful football. This was impressive to see as it shows great sportsmanship as it takes a lot to admit and give credit where it is due. There's no doubt that he will be hoping things change for his team next season as they will look to challenge under a new coach. AmaZulu have the potential, however things have been hard more specifically considering the standard Mamelodi Sundowns has set for the competition in recent years.
