It has been reported by Soccer Laduma that the DStv Premiership Champions Mamelodi Sundowns are currently assessing two Nigerian international strikers, clearly the Brazilians are setting themselves up for a strong future as they have bought up the duo from a football academy in Nigeria. Both of these players are currently under the age of 20, Daniel Dioh is 17 years of age while Jesse Francis is 18 years old, both youngsters are reported to be in the radar of the junior Nigerian teams.
It's also noted that Mamelodi Sundowns are competing against European teams for the services of these two players based on the exceptional talent they have. At this moment it's not clear how Mamelodi Sundowns managed to convince these youngsters to come and train with them, but Masandawana being themselves they managed to convince them even under impossible circumstances. Normally West African football players easily agree to move to European teams because they are believed to be big dreamers and want to play for big teams.
According to a source that revealed this, both youngsters are big and strong in their stature, they can play ball, they are quick on their feet and they know how to score goals. These are type of players that any established team can be glad to have in their roster, and since these two are currently being assessed and training with the DStv Premiership Champions it's not clear if the technical team will consider to bring them in on permanent basis.
Since the duo are under the age of 20 it should be expected that they might first be featured for the MDC team before they could be introduced to the first team. Mamelodi Sundowns have been busy at the current transfer window, it's clear that they want to retain their DStv Premiership Champions status and in too of that they have set their eyes on the CAF champions League title.
