20 PLAYERS TRAVELING TO CAMEROON
Coach Gavin Hunt welcomes back defender Erick Mathoho who has been serving a ban in the domestic league but is now available for selection should the coach wish to field him against the Cameroonians. Hunt himself has a lot of experience when it comes to African club competition – however he has never played a Cameroonian opponent.
This is Hunt’s fifth campaign into Africa’s premier club competition, having participated three times with SuperSport United, while more recently he was at the helm of BIDVest Wits when they featured in the tournament in 2017 and 2018.
A surprise package was the non scoring forward Lazaros Kambole who has not been scoring, but because of the availability to play in outfield weather and holds the record of scoring the fastest hat trick against Zesco United.
