Abel Mabaso, Justice Chabalala, Elson Sithole, Wayne Sandilands, and Thabang Monare wouldn't be a piece of the group for the impending season, Pirates reported toward the start of the week.
One of them, Chabalala, has as of late accepted his freedom in the wake of expenditure the past six years on the club's books.
Chabalala, who recently played for Free State Stars, joined Pirates in July 2016 yet has since been advanced out to Chippa United, Bloemfontein Celtic, and Sekhukhune United.
His representative, Ratshibvumo Mulovhedzi, affirms the latest turns of events.
"The administrator (Irvin Khoza), who we are appreciative to for everything that has occurred, has given his endorsement for us to acquire his leeway.
"We currently have the freedom, hence the quest for another opportunity for Justice is officially in progress.
Determined to inspire him to play football when doable, we will move toward clubs, said Mulovhedzi.
Since making his presentation in the top level of football, Chabalala, a cousin of one more previous Pirates safeguard named Tonic, has shown up in the DStv Premiership.
