SuperSport United head coach Kaitano Tempo has praised Kaizer Chiefs head coach Stuart Baxter ahead of their encounter this Sunday.
Supersport will host Amakhosi in the DStv premiership on Sunday kickoff as 17:30.
The two sides will go to the game with high spirits after winning their previous games and will be looking to continue their winning momentum going.
Speaking ahead of the game Tembo has showed a lot of respect for Baxter.
The two worked together at Supersport during Baxter's stint at the club.
Tembo used to be Baxter's assistant at the Tshwane based side.
"Look to start with that, all I know is that coach Stuart is a very good coach," said Tembo.
He added that Baxter played a huge role in his career as a coach, he always believed in him, gave him an opportunity to see the game in a different way and had confidence in him.
The coach is expecting a tough match on Sunday against Chiefs as he believes that Amakhosi are slowly turning into a team that Baxter wants them to be.
Tembo said Baxter is someone who always come up with new ideas and it is only a matter of time before Chiefs play the way he wants them you play.
Tembo concluded that it is going to be a tough game but his side are prepared for it.
If SuperSport manage to win on Sunday they will go one point below Mamelodi Sundowns who are leading the log table by four points clear.
However Sundowns will still have a game in hand.
Meanwhile if Chiefs manage to win they will get into the top eight above Orlando Pirates and Amazulu, however both Pirates and Usuthu will have game in hand over Chiefs.
A draw for either Supersport or Chiefs on Sunday will not make much difference in terms of the log standings.
