Barcelona is planning to spend an additional €205 million to assist them sign Lewandowski.

The club may be in for a bit of a ride as they try to sell at least 10% of the rights by Thursday, according to a recent article from RAC1 on Barcelona's TV rights issue.

The Barcelona assembly agreed earlier this month to sell a portion of the team's TV rights agreement in an effort to raise money. The assembly also authorised the sale of 49.9% of BLM concurrently.

Of the two, the sale of TV rights is anticipated to bring in a sizable sum of money. According to Helena Condis' report, Barça is poised to complete a deal with the American financial firm Sixth Street.

To help Barcelona end the 2021/22 season in the black, they will pay €205 million for 10% of the TV rights.

Along with other financial behemoths, the list of potential suitors also includes the largest bank in the world, Goldman Sachs. However, with only one week left before Barça begins their preseason training, the team is unquestionably out of time.

The Catalans must approve the sale of their assets as quickly as possible since the money from the sale might significantly aid Barça in covering their losses and bringing in new players, starting with Robert Lewandowski.

Barcelona anticipates that the situation will clear up in the upcoming week, but given the current situation, the club is in a race against time, especially if they keep pushing for exorbitant TV rights prices.
