Former Chippa United coach Dan Malesela has been linked with a Premier Soccer League coaching job.
There are more than one PSL teams who are currently without a head coach including Orlando Pirates and Marumo Gallants.
Gallants recently parted ways their head coach Sebastien Migne early this week.
The Limpopo based side showed the French coach the exit door after he was found guilty of using a foul language towards the club's technical director, Harris Choeu.
The club had since then handed the huge responsibility to Mpho Maleka and David Mathebula whilst they are still searching for Migne's replacement.
According to Kickoff magazine Malesela has emerged as the candidate to fill the void left by Migne at Gallants.
"Dan Malesela is one the coaches that the club is talking to," revealed a close source to the club.
In addition the source said if both parties agree on financial terms, Malesela could take over the reigns from next week.
Malesela will be faced with a tough task should he decides to join the club, as they are sitting on relegation zone in the DStv premiership log table.
Gallants will host Congolese side Vita FC tomorrow for the CAF confederations cup before travelling to Congo next Friday for the return leg.
