Hakim Ziyech is unhappy with Chelsea and is ready to leave the club if the right offer comes up. Ziyech's performance on the pitch did not live up to his expectations. Chelsea signed the 28-year-old Ajax Eredivisie attacking midfielder for a transfer fee of £33.4 million. Ziyech was a total prodigy when he played for Ajax but he seems to be struggling to repeat that feat for Chelsea.
Maybe it was the injury or the manager who made him struggle at Chelsea. Ziyech's injury has no doubt affected his performances as he always gets them when he is fit. It's also possible that Hakim doesn't fit into Thomas Tuhel's plans and playing style. That was why it was so difficult for him to remain constant in his appearance.
It is now clear that Ziyech's life at Stamford Bridge has been rather difficult and he could retire in the next transfer window. Rumor has it he moved to Borussia Dortmund as they appear to be interested in the 28-year-old's signature. Hakim Ziyech will also be open to starting a new life at Borussia Dortmund in order to find more time for matches. Because he's fighting at Chelsea, it's a good decision for him.
There is little chance Ziyech will go out on loan as Chelsea believe his job at the club is not over and he can get back fit. Ziyech is an extraordinary player with a lot of potential to reach world class level. He just needs to find a place to grow and a club that believes in his abilities.
Hakim Ziyech's history at Stamford Bridge has been really bad as the Moroccan scored eight goals with five assists in 49 games for the club. All it takes is a little more fit with these numbers. I hope he finds him soon, maybe at Chelsea if they catch him, or in Dortmund. Hakim is now only a shadow of who he used to be, and it would be in his best interest to take out a loan. If he wants to become a regular Chelsea star, he has to improve his skills and work ethics.
Thomas Tuchel can demand a lot from his players and always wants them to give their best. This is one of the things that makes him a great manager. He will definitely welcome the strong Ziyech into the team.
