Ex Kaizer Chiefs star to join European club?

After six months as a free agent, the former defender for Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns has finally found a new team.

Prior to the start of the new season, Turan-Tovuz IK of Azerbaijan reportedly announced Siyanda Xulu.

At the start of this year, the 30-year-old split from Israeli team Hapoel Tel Aviv. He chose to go back to South Africa after breaking off his relationship with the club.

Following that, he was rumored to be moving to Mamelodi Sundowns, but that didn't materialize. The player is now trying to get back to Europe.

Around 2012, Siyanda Xulu performed in Europe. He initially joined Mamelodi Sundowns' FK Rostov team, but after three years, he returned to South Africa.

He joined Kaizer Chiefs Football Club after arriving back in South Africa. Unfortunately, the player's plans did not come to fruition.

The player's contract details were not made public, but the club has now confirmed his existence following a protracted period of speculation.
