Watch: Khune's wife spotted dancing with Khune's personal fitness trainer

The pre-season is one of the most important periods in one's career, as it allows the club and the player to work on arrears that many feel they need to improve.

Something that Kaizer Chiefs Football Club goalkeeper and legend, Itumeleng Khune understands well, as before Amakhosi could return to training last week he was involved in an intense training programme alongside his wife, Siphelele Makhunga, and Amazulu Football Club striker, Lehlohonolo Majoro with the help of a well-known physical fitness trainer, Busi Hlabangwana.

The 35-year-old is currently preparing for the season with his teammates at Naturena which has left his wife to continue the training sessions with Hlabangwana and other people, and that has seemingly given Makhunga a new lease of life.

Hlabangwana who is popularly known by the name Blackvreka is currently training a lot of famous people like Connie Ferguson, Themba Zwane, Sibahle Mpisane, and Kabelo Dlamini to name a few and it came as no surprise when the Khune's turned to him for this task.

Despite being an excellent trainer he is also known for loving to dance and have fun which is one of the many reasons why people find it easy to work with, and having spotted this past few weeks dancing with Khune's ex-girlfriend, Sibahle, he was at it again earlier today.

He was spotted with Khune's wife and the South African male senior international goalkeeper's wife took to her Instagram account, @laaylaymak to share the video of the two dancing.

While many may find this inappropriate from a married woman, but I think this just shows how much he was enjoying herself and getting fit while at it which is the main point of working out.

As for their dance moves, there is room for improvement, as they are not where they should be but in time they will be.
