Once again Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns will have to out behind the scenes and with cheque books. This is a norm every time there’s a transfer market approaching and teams will have to revamp their squad. As they want to get the required players that will be able to fix their challenges within the club. Since the January transfer window is slowly approaching then Sundowns and Chiefs will have to launch their offers. It’s a matter of which team wants the talented Bafana Bafana star who’s been on form at the moment.
According to reports, SuperSport United are willing to release their midfield maestro Teboho Mokoena to any club that wants his services. However, in order for a club to get Mokoena then they will have to catch out a few million. Already SuperSport has promised him a well needed big move to another club. Even though the 24-year-old midfielder has been on his top performance, but it’s still not clear which team he will be going to next season. He has got offers abroad and locally which means he’s spoilt for choice. According to reports, Amakhosi and Masandawana are the ideal two teams in the Premier Soccer League that are gunning for his signature.
Even the Matsatsantsa boss Stan Matthews has come out to state that Mokoena is welcome to join any team of choice. Hence, any team that feels they require his service can pitch their offers. “Yes, we have given Tebza [Mokoena] that commitment that this can be the last season with us. He can now get the big money move that he’s looking for, that he has worked hard for since he was 16-years-old,” said Matthews speaking to the Ultimate Sports Show on Metro FM.
