Clayton Daniels has challenged Maritzburg United to add salt to the wounds of the Orlando Pirates as they try to salvage a disastrous season. The Team of Choice will seek to exploit the low-spirited Soweto giants this evening (19:30) at Orlando Stadium, where Pirates are still nursing their wounds after a disappointing defeat to RS Berkane in the CAF Confederation Cup final over the weekend.
"I hope we can conclude the season on a good note against the Pirates," Daniels told Maritzburg's media department.
"If we can bring the same attitude and battling spirit that we've shown in the last five games, we should be able to obtain the best results possible and finish the season strong."
We might be able to work something out.finish in tenth place, so there's something to play for there," Daniels remarked.
