Decision on what will happen to Kaizer Chiefs for their no-show stunt is here

Kaizer Chiefs had a clash against Cape Town City on Saturday. However, Chiefs didn't show up at FNB, leaving Cape Town City locked outside the stadium in a rain.

Now, the PSL has finally "broken its silence" amid the on-going debacle involving Kaizer Chiefs and Cape Town City. The two teams were supposed to face each other on Saturday at the FNB stadium.

However, the match didn't take place despite Cape Town City arriving at the venue as Chiefs said on Friday they were unable to host their opponents due to Covid-19 at the club.

Now, there are mixed reactions on whether or not Kaizer Chiefs should forfeit the three points to Cape Town City.

In the aftermath of all the drama, the PSL has updated the log with Kaizer Chiefs and Cape Town City still sitting on the same number of games and points as before the supposed match.

What this means is that the league hasn't not ruled on the matter, meaning Kaizer Chiefs and Cape Town City still have to wait a little longer before they can know the PSL verdict.
