REPORTS: Manchester United midfielder could leave the club in January after £8million transfer offer

Without a doubt, the Manchester United football club will seek to win several titles under Ralf Rangnick's direction before the conclusion of the 2021/2022 season.

The Old Trafford club made several acquisitions during the summer in order to compete for the Premier League crown this season with the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool, and Chelsea.

However, that is not yet the case, as Manchester United presently reside in 7th place in the Premier League standings, ahead of their next league encounter against Aston Villa on Saturday evening.

Manchester United, on the other hand, maybe bracing for the departure of veteran central midfielder Andreas Pereira before the conclusion of the January transfer window.

The 26-year-old Brazilian international, who has been with Manchester United since 2014, has previously battled to get into the first-team squad.

The seasoned center midfielder spent the 2020/2021 season on loan with Flamengo in Brazil, where he scored five goals in 16 appearances across all competitions.

His strong performances while on loan at Flamengo are claimed to have pleased the board, and The Sun believes that the Brazilian club is looking to recruit Andreas Pereira on a permanent basis.

According to the rumors, Flamengo is reportedly interested in acquiring Andreas Pereira and have made a transfer bid of up to £8 million for the midfielder.

Andreas Pereira's failure to get into Manchester United's first-team squad is no longer news, and it's only better if he finds his way out of the club.

But it remains to be seen if the anticipated £8 million transfer fee would be enough to persuade Manchester United to allow Andreas Pereira to go on a permanent basis.
