Mariztburg United confirms two new signings

The Durban based club Maritzburg United have announced the arrival of two players in thier sqaud.

Team of choice have also allowed Phumlani Ntshaon on a permanent deal with the club along with the youngsters.

Sibusiso Hlubi who impressed the MU in his reighn at relegated side Polokwane City as he baged 50 appearances since he joined from Free State Stars in 2017/2018 season campaign.

Israam who helped the Durban Real Kings to end the season on fourth position will be excited to help Mariztburg to a prosperous season.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to the City of Choice to Sibusiso Hlubi, Jose Meza and Riyaaz Ismail, and are very pleased that Phumlani Ntshangase has decided to extend his stay at our club," Chairman Farook Kadodia said. 

"Football is an ever-evolving sport and a crucial element to that is staying on top of matters in the transfer market; identifying the areas which need beefing up and getting the relevant players into the mix.

"In this regard, we are very pleased with the business which has been conducted and are confident the new players will give much-added value to our team" said team coach Eric Tinkler.

The team of choice is set compete against Kaizer Chiefs in the MTN 8 quarterfinals in the upcoming weekend.
