These Two Players Are Going To Chiefs Next Season : Opinion

Going into the end of the season, Kaizer Chiefs transfer targets have seemingly acted in ways that are partially guaranteeing a switch to Naturena next season, with the club indeed having not given up their chase on specific players they want.

One could say that Chiefs seem to really get the interest of the players they want. First it was AmaZulu midfielder Siyethemba Sithebe who signed a pre-contract with them in December, angering his boss Sandile Zungu who decided that the latter could no longer put on an AmaZulu shirt once again before he leaves at the end of the season.

Now the news that Supersport has taken a similar action on their want away player Sipho Mbule is just about guarantee that he could be on his way to Kaizer Chiefs as of next season.

The Bethlehem born 24 years old midfielder has been heavily linked with a switch to Naturena since last season, a move that failed to happen despite the player himself being willing to move to Chiefs. Things have never been the same between Mbule and Chiefs ever since the transfer failed to materialise.

Matsatsantsa CEO Stan Matthews had voiced out before of being dissatisfied by Mbule's attitude, with the coach Kaitano Tembo refusing to speak about the player when reporters made enquires on the player.

Surely Chiefs are monitoring the situation and will likely pounce when the time is right. Mbule's existing contract deal expires at the end of the season and he is likely to leave for free if Matsatsantsa decide against triggering their option to extend his stay.
