Three top players are set to make a crucial return to Orlando Pirates after long term injuries?

The Soweto Giants Orlando Pirates this season besides not playing well on numerous occasions have also been very unlucky and can be given the benefit of the doubt as a consequence of that

And the reason for that is the fact that Orlando Pirates have been faced with challenges that are just not normal in football and are very unusual although quite normal in most cases but the Bucs are facing an abnormal situation

First it was the resigning of first team head coach Josef Zinnbauer, then it was the off field controversies of Gabadinho Mhango and Ben Motshwari and then it was the abnormal amount of injuries they were getting

To make no mistake about it injuries in football are normal as it is just a normal part of the game but Orlando Pirates at one point had over six players injured which is just crazy stuff to think about it

Because what separates the so called small teams from the so called big teams in Football is the fact that the big teams have better resources all around whether it be from a conditioning point of view or a financial point of view or medical point of view as well

So in a sense it is quite confusing how a big club can have over six first team players injured all at the same which also speaks volumes about the charecter and mindset of some of the players at Orlando Pirates

Thankfully although it might not be much if sources close to the situation are true three Orlando Pirates players are finally set to return to action after long term injuries in the form of Zakhele Lepasa, Thembinkosi Lorch and Innocent Maela as well

"Ja, the guys are back and fully training with the whole squad. It's good news because you know that we have been struggling with injuries and results have not been going well for us,"
