Ceremica managed to keep a clean sheet in the process while scoring one goal in the first half of the match and an own goal by Ghazl late in the second half.
Ceremica Cleopatra opened the scoring in the first half when Ahmed Yasser Rayan scored in the 42nd minute of the match as Ceremica Cleopatra took the 1-0 lead. Ceremica managed to extend their lead in the second half of the match to 2-0 when Ghazl scored a own goal in the 80th minute when Mohamed Fathallah scored an own goal. Ceremica Cleopatra won the match 2-0 in the end as they now trail Al Ahly by two points.
