The murder trial of the former Bafana and Orlando pirates goalkeeper Senzo Meyiws has been suspended, and it will commence after the June 16 holiday. This comes after advocate Mshololo requested time to go through the second docket which was deemed to have no merit whatsoever by the NPA advocate, advocate Baloyi yesterday.
The case continues but South Africans are starting to lose hope as to whether the right killers will ever be arrested. A week before this one people were happy, especially after the announcement of the second docket and the mention of Kelly Khumalo’s name with a possibility of her facing 2 counts of murder. But all those hopes were shattered when advocate Baloyi announced that the second docket should not even be considered as it was written by a junior advocate so it has no merit.
The court has been postponed again to the 5th of September , do you think the right killersnwill ever be found? Do you think it is fair to accuse Kelly Khumalo even though she has not been found guilty of any crimes? Please share your view in the comment section for engagement
