Mamelodi Sundowns is currently playing against Belouizdad in the CAF Champions league group stages and is leading the match by 3-1, as Themba Zwane and Peter Shalulile scored. Themba Zwane opened the scoring in the match for Mamelodi Sundowns, but Belouizdad equalised just before the half time break to level at 1-1 at the break. Mamelodi Sundowns' Peter Shalulile scored in the second half of the match to reclaim the lead for Sundowns in the match. Themba Zwane scored his second goal just minutes after as Mamelodi Sundowns is currently leading 3-1 in the ongoing fixture.

Belouizdad managed to equalise when he managed to score in the 44th minute as Amir Saayoud levelled at 1-1. Mamelodi Sundowns took the lead when Peter Shalulile scored in the 48th minute of the match as Sundowns leads at 2-1. Themba Zwane managed to complete his brace of goals when he scored the second goal in the 55th minute as Mamelodi Sundowns leads the ongoing fixture 3-1. Mamelodi Sundowns looks sure to win as they have a 2 goal lead in the match.
