At Kaizer Chiefs, there is currently a youngster who is hungry to succeed at Naturena by the name of Mduduzi Shabalala, prepared to fight for a place in the first team after being given the chance to do so.
He was amongst the selected youngsters to compete in the DStv Compact cup which was recently formed and is set to take place later this month.
The youngster has been impressive in the reserve side for Amakhosi and even scored a hatrick against one of their games against Royal AM, also coming on as a substitute when Chiefs played Sekhukhune in the top flight last month.
Now, Shabba is looking forward to fight for his chance to fight for a place in the first team and reach greater heights in his career, something that is making him very happy.
" I cannot be able to express how fully happy I am to be part of the first team because it has always been my dream. I will wait for my chance to come to play for the first team regularly and I know the chance will come. My friends and family were very excited to see me on the team sheet for the first team, "explained the youngster.
Another youngster who was chosen to represent the Amakhosi in the DStv Compact cup is Sabelo Radebe who is also one for the future. This shows how Chiefs' development structures are being effective as always.
