The star won the league trophy 2 times with Supersport and 6 times with Mamelodi Sundowns. He has also won domestic cup competition including the ultimate CAF champions league. He is the perfect example of a leader and embodies consistency and discipline. His departure from Sundowns as a players marked the end of an amazing era of football in South Africa.
Hlompho Kekaka's next move is currently unclear with talks of him leaving to another club, other reports suggest that he could be given a position by Mamelodi Sundowns. Wherever his next move will be there's no doubts that he will be successful. He will be remembered in South African football for decades to come as no players comes close to what he has achieved except the retired Klate.
