In the past two weeks Warriors attacking left winger Kudakwashe Mahachi who currently plies his trade at Supersport United has remained at the centre of attention off the field of play because of serious child abuse allegations levelled against him.
"Kuda" as he is affectionately known as is publicly accused his ex-wife Maritha Ndlovu of scalding their four year old son Diego with boiled water when he had visited him in South Africa in April. This week Zimbabwean publication 𝘎𝘢𝘮𝘣𝘢𝘬𝘸𝘦 𝘔𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘢 has since reported that the Supersport United jersey number 11 is now in more trouble with his ex-wife Maritha who is currently in Zimbabwe.
According to the publication Maritha Ndlovu through her lawyers has since laid assault charges against the former Mamelodi Sundowns attacker in South Africa relating to an incidence which occurred last year. The Zimbabwean born beauty is believed to have opened a court case at Teneture in Kempton Park where the pair used to stay together.
In addition it is reported that Maritha claims that she was assaulted by Mahachi after she was accused of having an affair with a cross boarder taxi operator in Bulawayo while he was staying in South Africa with his current wife, Rose. According to Maritha during the incident the Supersport United midfielder broke her hand and later forced her to board a plane to Zimbabwe contending with the pains.
Upon arrival it is reported that Maritha Ndlovu then decided to give a report to the police in Zimbabwe with the aim of laying charges. However, according to 𝘎𝘢𝘮𝘣𝘢𝘬𝘸𝘦 𝘔𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘢 the police could not help her as the incident occurred in South Africa.
