PSL Log Table after Monday Games, See Kaizer Chiefs Position

On Monday, 23 May, the Premier Soccer League (PSL) log table saw no noteworthy shifts.

In addition to the one game and two teams that took place on Monday, two more will take place on Tuesday (May 24).

After beating Royal AM on a Monday afternoon, Mamelodi Sundowns finished the season with 65 points.

With just four games remaining in the season, the Brazilians received their DStv Premiership trophy.

The 2021/22 season of Sundowns ended today with a convincing win over the Kwazulu Natal side, as well.

Despite this, Royal AM's season is far from over as the team has one final game yet to play on Friday.

There will be high expectations for Sundowns next season after a season that saw them finish 16 points clear atop the log standings.

Royal AM were unable to move up the log standings after their 3-2 defeat to Sundowns.

If the team doesn't win against Orlando Pirates on Friday, they will miss out on the chance to finish the season in second place, which would be a big setback.

After the 29th match of the season, the KwaZulu-Natal team has accumulated 46 points.

Three points separate the team from second-place Cape Town.

RAM will move into second position if they win their next game, given they have a better goal difference than the Citizens.

The club's next game will be against a team that is also aiming for second place, so collecting points will be difficult.

Only CT City, RAM, and the Pirates are vying for the top two spots.
