Switzerland played their latest fixture in the International friendlies against Finland at home, and managed to win the match 3-2 in the end. Switzerland who had the home ground advantage in the match, managed to win the match by scoring three incredible goals, conceding twice in the match. The home side did not have it easy in the match, as they had to come from behind to win the match. Switzerland opened the scoring in the match but lost their lead when Finland scored to equalise, and scored again to lead the match. After Switzerland lost out it their early lead and trailed the match 2-1. They managed to score two consecutive goals in the second half of the match to reclaim their lead in the match at 3-2. Switzerland defended their lead and managed to win the match 3-2 in the end.
Switzerland opened the scoring in the first half of the match when Mario Gavranovic scored the opening goal of the match in the 21st minute to lead at 1-0. Finland managed to level the score on 1-1 when Joel Pohjanpalo scored in the 30th minute of the match. Joel Pohjanpalo managed to complete his brace of goals when he scored his second goal in the 40th minute from the penalty spot to lead at 2-1 in the match. Switzerland managed to equalise in the 57th minute of the match when Ruben Vargas scored to level at 2-2. Switzerland managed to regain their lead when Haris Seferovic scored in the 86th minute to lead at 3-2 in the match. Switzerland held onto their lead in the match and served Teemu Pukki's Finland with a 3-2 defeat in the end.
