Orlando pirates is planning to bring new coach to replace Joseph Zinnbauer

Coaching big teams in South Africa has always been difficult as you are always on the wrong side whether the team wins or lose, Orlando Pirates coach left the country to his own country Germany with unknown reasons.

After failing to keep the winning spirit in Buccaneers and failing to compete for second position in the league Zinnbauers chances to finish the season with Pirates are limited, as the team is preparing for the next season.

Transfere window is giving teams a chance organize for the next season, that's why Pirates is in talks about the South African former defender Steve Khomphela to be head coach although his contract with Sundowns still has some obligations to correct.

Steve Khomphela still has 4 years remaining in his contract with Sundowns, only if he may buy himself out of the contract, so that he can be free join Buccaneers, Mamelodi Sundowns is also ready to free him up to join Pirates.

Benson Mhlongo former Pirates defender has also admitted that Steve will be a good coach for Bucs because of his discipline and coaching experience, above all he knows about the team.

Since Orlando Pirates is playing local football style, Steve Khomphela has all it takes to bring it in the team and allows the talent to be exposed in the team.

The limited number of foreign players will also boost national team, just hope if Khomphela joins Pirates will make some important changes in the team and reduce the number of foreign players to give chance to local players.

If Joseph Zinnbauers is going to be amongst technical team for Pirates then the team will have enough experience, that will help the team give good results in the next season.

By recalling old experienced players like Lucky Lekgwathi into the team will allow young players to know style of play and the team culture, that will boost the team.
