Baby joy for ex-Chiefs defender & his fiancee

South African footballers are usually productive not only on the field of play but off it as well. Besides their profession and career goals they have personal lives as well.

2021 has been a hectic year for most of us across the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic and many footballers were able to spend time with their loved ones. Some did not waste time but "scored goals".

In not so long ago former Kaizer Chiefs defender Lorenzo Gordinho who is famously known as "Baba Ka Sibongile" across the football circles went down on his knee in Copenhagen where he asked his longtime girlfriend Michaela Falgado for a her hand in marriage. Without any hesitation Michaela would say yes to his proposal.

As of recent the beautiful couple have since taken to their social media accounts to share the exciting news that they are set to be parents for the second time. In a shared post on IG the former Kaizer Chiefs defender alongside his fiancee and son would go to share that in 2020 they will be welcoming another member to their family. However, at this point in time they have not revealed the gender of their unborn baby.

In most instances it is often the case that many South African footballers when they are at the peak or the back end of their careers they usually settle down, Gordinho has since taken the same route. "In the name of God" are some of the words that shrill down a spines of lot of people. It is something that makes a relationship special, with that much said hopefully anytime soon we will be seeing Lorenzo Gordinho are Michaela walking down the aisle.

The former Kaizer Chiefs defender is currently based in Denmark where he plays for Viborg FF after having joined them in 2020.
