Chloorkop side Mamelodi Sundowns have a tough task in their upcoming Dstv Premiership fixture against Kaizer Chiefs and will see some of thier players ruled out because of injury.
Co -coach Rulani Mokoena has provided an update about injury update at the club ahead of their fixture against Chiefs.
"We still have long-term injuries with Lebo Maboe which is a massive blow but we have enough within the squad to deal with that.
"Other than that we have one or two niggling injuries. Themba Zwane still needs to pass a fitness test, with the same for Mosa Lebusa" said Rhulani.
However Rhulani has also thanked the medical department at Sundowns for how they worked on ensuring the return of their injured players back to the team.
Zwane remains to be the key men in the Sundowns attack and will be a noticeable absentee if he were to fail his fitness test later today.
Lebusa has been a great stop for Sundowns but the likes of Grant Kekana, Rushin De Reuck have been doing splending work in defence.
The three coaches Manqoba Mgqithi , Steve Khompela and Rhulani will be hoping for the availability of both players in their match against Chiefs.
Sundowns are yet to concede a goal in the league and will be looking to continue with their clean sheets and are in no position to lose a game early in the league especially at home.
