Mamelodi Sundowns has renewed the contracts of six players to put an end to rumours. This will be good news for the Brazilians to end the transfer rumours of their players which rival teams have been entertaining. The contracts renewed were of their top players for long term stay. Andile Jali, Rivaldo Coetzee, Themba Zwane, Lebohang Maboe, Mosa Lebusa and Lyle Lakay are the six players who have been tied down for long term. It is understood this happened after the consultation with the technical team of Mamelodi Sundowns.

Andile Jali and Themba Zwane were offered further three-year contracts. Lebohang Maboe and Rivaldo Cotzee were offered five-year contracts. Lyle Lakay and Musa Lebusa were offered four-year contracts.
