Kaizer Chiefs set to welcome two ‘stars of the future’.

The Kaizer Chiefs are expected to add 2 additional athletes to their Diski Competition squad. While the Kaizer Chiefs have indeed been busy signing stars to bolster the very first squad for the next DStv Premiership season, the Motaung family is indeed paying attention. In the next few days, Amakhosi will be set to announce playmaker Sandile Mokoena as well as goaltender Sbusiso Ngwenya.

Ngwenya was a goalkeeper for the Orlando Pirates before joining the Kaizer Chiefs.Mokoena, a Harrismith native, has risen to prominence following catching the eye of veteran Kaizer Chiefs player Abel Shongwe. On Friday, Chiefs players Ngwenya and Mokoena were observed during practice.

"As a Kaizer Chiefs supporter, I'm concerned about our team. How can we bring a goalkeeper when we already have 4 goalkeepers who are all good? I think it's high time we change our minds and do the right thing, because Kaizer Chief's striking department is very poor and now that the aeroplane football that we are used to is no more, I don't think Samir Nurkovic will be able to perform well since he is good when it comes to air balls, "said a Kaizer Chiefs supporter.
