Arthur Zwane wants Kaizer Chiefs to sign another Mamelodi Sundowns player who plays in midfield.

After bringing in Khama Billiat and Leonardo Castro from Mamelodi Sundowns in previous seasons, the Soweto giants are said to be eyeing another Sundowns player. New Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane is reportedly interested in bringing in another Mamelodi Sundowns player.

Stuart Baxter was fired from his position as head coach of Kaizer Chiefs after failing to live up to expectations during his second stint with Amakhosi. Zwane was then hired in his place. Zwane oversaw Amakhosi's last six games, and he only managed to win 2 of them, costing the glamour boys a spot in the CAF Confederations Cup the next season.

To strengthen their roster, Kaizer Chiefs have signed several good players, and Zwane is reportedly interested in Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Sphelele Mkhulise. The Masandawana player is reportedly searching for greener pastures outside of Chloorkop, however, the Amakhosi coach still wants the club to sign him despite having a surplus of midfielders. It is uncertain whether Mkhulise will stay with Sundowns to play in the champions league or join the glamour boys.
