Two Kaizer Chiefs new signings have been tipped for greatness at the club.
Amakhosi have made a couple of new signings ahead of the upcoming season.
Njabulo Ngcobo and Austin Dube are among of the club's new signings.
Dladla worked with Dube at Richards Bay before The player left for Amakhosi.
Addressing the media in Durban Dladla said playing for Chiefs is a good achievement for the players and it is the development they always want to see as coaches.
Dladla added that playing in the COSAFA cup and went all the way to win it helped the players to deal well with the pressure before moving to Amakhosi.
"It won't be easy but I trust they will succeed," he said.
Dladla concluded that if the players want to succeed at Chiefs they must deal with the club's supporters and media because it is very critical when playing for a big team big like Chiefs.
