Maluleka: Close To Leaving Mamelodi Sundowns For Cape Town City

George Maluleka's representative, Sean Roberts, has excused reports connecting the Mamelodi Sundowns star to Premier Soccer League side, Cape Town City.

"We haven't had any discussions with any club and we haven't talked with Sundowns about George going out borrowed. I'm astonished he's not playing at Sundowns," Roberts is cited saying by Sowetan Live.

"We will hear what's going on in the following half a month. All he needs to do is to play, regardless of whether at Sundowns or elsewhere we'll see. Right now, he's completely dedicated at Sundowns.

"Clearly, any player at this level needs to play."

In a new meeting, previous Mamelodi Sundowns striker Sandile Ndlovu prompted both Maluleka and Sibusiso Vilakazi - who has additionally not been abundantly engaged with the PSL champions - to leave the Chloorkop-based club.

"They should be permitted to leave since there's no compelling reason to remain in a group while you not playing for more than two years," Ndlovu told Soccer Laduma.

"They are too great to not get game-time. They need to save their professions and permit themselves to end on a positive note, they are not getting any more youthful."

Ndlovu demanded there was no requirement for the two stars to stay at a club that has consistently marked top players in each move window.

"Twilights continually acquire top players each move window, and on the off chance that you can't get game-time for a season, what's the utilization of remaining?" he inquired.

"Leave and go somewhere else. You can't be celebrating bringing in cash or prizes while you are not playing. Save yourself from that pressure."

As vulnerability keeps on drifting over ex-Kaizer Chiefs star Maluleka and Vilakazi's fates, the Pretoria club began the mission on a more splendid note and are at the highest point of the PSL table with a 14-point hole subsequent to playing 19 games.

In the continuous exchange window, Sundowns have as of now gotten the administrations of experienced winger Bradley Ralani, who was endorsed from Cape Town City.
