Mamelodi Sundowns ambassador Teko Modise quietly ties the knot.

Footballers have gotten away from the reputation of being womanizers and having several relationships. The bad boy reputation has faded from the game, and we're seeing a growing number of gamers act like responsible adults by sticking with one partner.

This is unquestionably the finest solution for this sector, which necessitates a great deal of consistency and discipline.

At one point in his career, this former Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns star was the hottest property in the country. It's only inevitable that he had a few prominent romances, the most notable of which being his public breakup with ex-fiancée Lizel Tabane. He has subsequently cleaned up his act in that area of his life, and this has come with maturity.

Teko Modise took to social media on Saturday to post images from his tiny traditional wedding. The wedding took place in Soweto over the holiday weekend, when he married his long-time partner, investment banker Kokie Berry.

The General retired from football in 2018 and hasn't had any trouble finding work because of his notoriety. He was, and continues to be, one of South Africa's most recognizable brands. He is currently 38 years old, and there is no better moment for him to settle down as he transitions into the next phase of his life.

Teko Modise is still coining it after retiring, and he is part of a select group of players who made wise judgments during their playing careers. Following his retirement, he was quickly picked up by Supersport, and he continues to work with brands like as Puma and others to supplement his income. His wife is a catch because she is a career woman who brings a lot to the table and has the potential to be someone with whom he can spend the rest of his life.
