Transfer activty in the GladAfrica Championship has been quite busy before and on the PSL deadline day. But some teams have not made any official announcements on their new signings. We had a look at five transfers that has been confirmed by numerous sources.
1. Moises Amor (20)
Amor is a relative unknown Angolan youth player who recently signed for Royal AM. He is a centre back by trade and has represented his country at international youth level. As we can gather the young defender has played for the Angolan u-17 and u-20 youth youth player.
2. Sello Motsepe (27)
Motsepe made a move to the ambitious Sekhukhune United from Golden Arrows. He had signed for Abafana Bes'Thende in October 2020 after he left Highlands Park. In the 2019/20 season he made 16 appearance for the Lions of the North in all competitions. He also played for Real Kings in the NFD, and had a stint at Berea Albion.
3. Athini Jodwana (27)
Jodwana has left Cape Town All Stars after his loan spell has come to an end, and has returned to Chippa United. The left back who also plays on the left wing played 10 league games and scored one goal this season for Igugu Lekapa. He also made one appearance in the Nedbank Cup for All Stars.
4. Pule Maraisane (26)
Maraisane has surfaced at Cape Town All Stars after he was last seen playing professionally at Turkish club Cerkezköy 1911. He also played in two other European countries like Portugal for GD Tourizense and Sweden for GAIS. The Stars of Africa Academy graduate is no stranger to the NFD/ GAC as he previously played for Mthatha Bush Bucks.
5. Emmanuel Letlotlo (25)
Adebayor as he is known recently signed signed with KwaZulu Natal team Royal AM, after a successful trial. In 2020, he had two unsuccessful trails at Stellenbosch FC and GAC new boys Sekhukhune United. In 2019, the centre forward had trials at Bloemfontein Celtic and attracted the interests of Orlando Pirates. A lot was expected from him when he graduated from the Kaizer Chiefs MDC team to the first team, but injuries stunted his progression.
