The head coach of Kaizer ChiefsGavin Hunt has responded to speculations that his team may sign free agents now that they have served their two window transfer ban.
Amakhosi were banned from signing players for two consecutive transfer windows, however their ban is now over.
Now that their ban is over, some people have speculated that Hunt may now start signing out of contract players.
However Hunt said no new players will be signed until next season.
"Under my knowledge, no we can't sign free agents now. We can't do anything," he said.
He said they can not do anything until next season.
The club have previously made attempts by appealing to FIFA to have their ban to be overturned, but unfortunately the appeal was unsuccessful.
Amakhosi will be hosting Supersport United tomorrow on a DStv premiership clash.
They are currently sitting outside of the top 8.
While SuperSport are on second position and will be looking to close the gap from Mamelodi Sundowns.
