This comes after the sudden turn of events which saw Ezenkosi withdraw their initial complaint to SAFA regarding a alleged illegal fielding of Tshepo Mohlala by Hungry Lions.
Jomo Cosmos also provided supporting documentation for their complaint which was later ruled off as a forged document. This now meant Jomo Cosmos was trying to force a case which would have seen Hungry Lions dropping down to the GladAfrica Championship.
Now with the case withdrawn, Jomo Cosmos will drop to the ABC Motsepe League, issue a public apology and pay a penalty fee of R150 000 to Hungry Lions.
Hungry Lions on the other hand will retain their GladAfrica Championship status ahead of next season and wipe out all the allegations which were set against their player. Disappointing actions from the legendary Jomo Sono.
