John Maduka, the next head coach of Maritzburg United, is assembling a brand-new team. Three fresh acquisitions have been confirmed by the club.
This past weekend, the most recent announcement appeared on social media.
"Club News. As the club continues to bolster the squad in preparation for the 2022–2023 DSTV Premiership Season, Maritzburg United has finalized the acquisitions of Siboniso Conco, Tshidido Monomodi, and Brian Hlongwa,“ the statement stated.
- Conco is an attacking midfielder from Golden Arrows, Monomodi, a midfielder, joins from Royal AM, while the midfielder Hlongwa moved from Uthongathi.
It is understood that the trio, who come from fellow KZN Clubs Uthongathi FC, Royal AM, and Golden Arrows respectively, have all signed initial 2-year contracts with the Team of Choice.
