Mbule's recent transfer status revealed.

Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns are believed to be going all in for the signature of Sipho Mbule, but an interesting fact is that only The Brazilians have made an official offer for the SuperSport United midfielder

Mamelodi Sundowns have just completed the signing of Mbule's midfield partner Teboho Mokoena in a massive deal and the league champions are believed to have something in their bank to also go for Mbule.

The news were confirmed by his agent Mike Makaab that they are only aware of Mamelodi Sundowns' offer and nothing for other clubs (including Kaizer Chiefs). Makaab revealed that while there were speculations that Sipho Mbule will possibly be moving to Kaizer Chiefs, the truth is that the Soweto giants never tabled an official offer for his client.

Furthermore, Makaab said that Sipho Mbule will not be leaving SuperSport United in this transfer window despite huge interest in services. In most of the times where Sundowns and Chiefs go head to head for the signature, Mamelodi Sundowns often comes on top due to their ability to spend the big bugs.

Even on the Teboho Mokoena saga, Kaizer Chiefs were up against Mamelodi Sundowns in the race to sign the player, that is until a Belgian club joined in on the chase and that dropped Kaizer Chiefs further down as a favorite to sign Mokoena.

With Mokoena signed and sealed, Mamelodi Sundowns are set to turn their attentions to Sipho Mbule, possibly reuniting the pair once again but this time at Chloorkop. It will take some convincing though as Makaab cleared the air that Mbule will not leave SuperSport United this January.

The transfer window has just less than a week left before it shuts down, this means that Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns will have to speed up their processes if they are to successfully convince SuperSport United to sell.
