News reaching the media are that the former Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Elias Pelembe is set to continue playing football for at least another season after being told to report to the camp for the pre-season preparation.

According to Kick off Magazine, the KwaZulu-Natal side, Royal AM Football Club has told the Mozambiquian midfielder Elias Pelembe to report to the camp ahead of the new season.
Despite playing less than ten games for the KwaZulu-Natal side in the 2021-22 season, the club will exercise the option of extending his contract by further one-year.
His new contract will expire next year in June.
The 39-year old will be camping along with his teammates in Pretoria, as they will be preparing for the 2022-23 season.
The club will also be participating in the continental competition for the first time in their career, which means they will need all the experience they can get.
