Last Friday the arbitration ruled in favour of Amakhosi to have their two games replayed.
This comes after Chiefs failed to honour two games last year in December against Cape Town City and Golden Arrows.
Early this week reports emerged that the PSL is looking for possible ways to appeal the decision of arbitration to rule in favour of Chiefs.
Amakhosi on Wednesday reacted to the reports that the league want to appeal the decision of arbitration and the club insisted that they were shocked with the reports.
A source has revealed that the league has no resolution to push the Chiefs matter any further.
"There will be no appeal in the Kaizer Chiefs matter. Other news that you have been reading in the media are just speculations," said the source.
As things stand Amakhosi will replay the two games but the club will have to pay the travelling costs for Cape Town City after the Citizens travelled to FNB Stadium last year in honour of the game.
