Stakes High As Baroka Face Strugglers Swallows

With Baroka battling in the transfer mess currently this season, goalkeeper Oscarine Masuluke has encouraged his colleagues to try harder and begin winning matches.

Baroka have not won in their beyond 10 matches and sit over the last two in front of their game against individual strugglers Swallows at Peter Mokaba Stadium today at 5pm.

Masuluke said they were the ones in particular who could remove the club from the risk zone and that they required triumphs, beginning with Swallows.

"It is a game that won't be simple on the grounds that the two groups are in the transfer zone and are frantic for focuses," Masuluke told Sowetan yesterday.

"We have not been winning since the start of the period. It will be a major battle today. As far as we might be concerned, we are playing at home, we really want to ensure we get three focuses.

"We want to have the responsibility and everybody going about his business to propel each other as a result of the circumstance we are in.

"Just us as players can remove the club from the present circumstance."

Masuluke accused the helpless sudden spike in demand for their inability to score objectives in their 12 matches.

They head into this game level on nine focuses with Swallows, who are lower part of the table having played a game more, and a triumph for either side will be significant as they hope to get away from the risk zone.

"What we told ourselves is the place where we finished when we played against Pirates is the place where we will begin, to get an opportunity of a triumph against Swallows," he said.

"Presently we are not going down, however up. The speed we have now will assist us with sending. We want to score objectives to dominate matches. We can't win assuming we are not scoring.
