After Kaizer Chiefs Coach Gavin Hunt threaten his Players that they will exit naturena at the end of the season, Siphelele Ntshangase was one of the examples. Siphelele Ntshangase joined Kaizer Chiefs as a top player but his performance drop once he joined Amakhosi. Siphelele Ntshangase was signed by Former Kaizer Chiefs Coach Steve Khomphela. Ntshangase manages to play well under Steve Khomphela but he failed to adapt to the style of Former Kaizer Chiefs Coach Ernest Middensdorp.
Siphelele Ntshangase was sacked by Kaizer Chiefs. They said they reach an agreement with him to terminate the contract immediately. Gavin Hunt clears his name by saying it is a management decision. Hunt said if you are not delivering in a team they end up sacking you out.
