As the team strengthens its squad in the current transfer window, Ndah and Peprah have arrived from Akwa United and King Faisal, respectively.
On Thursday afternoon, the Pirates issued the following statement on their official website.
"Orlando Pirates is pleased to announce the signing of two players: Olisa Ndah, who arrives from newly crowned Nigerian Premier League winners Akwa United, and Kwame Peprah, who joins from Ghana's King Faisal Football Club," the club said in a statement.
Ndah was regarded as one of Nigeria's best center defenders after helping Akwa United win the Nigerian Professional Football League title in 2020/21.
"Olisa Ndah, a 23-year-old defender, joins the Mighty Buccaneers after winning the Nigerian Premier League for the first time last season with Akwa United. Last season, the towering center defense was largely considered one of Nigeria's best players "another declaration was made.
Ntsikelelo Nyauza, Happy Jele, Sandile Mthethwa, and Thulani Hlatshwayo will compete for a spot in the Bucs starting lineup with the dreadlocked player, who was part of the Super Eagles team that faced Mexico in an international match last month.
During the 2020/21 season, Peprah was one of the best players in the Ghanaian Premier League, scoring 12 goals in 29 games for King Faisal.
"Peprah, on the other hand, is a striker who comes to the club after a stellar season with the Babes, as the team is affectionately called. In his 29 appearances for his team this past season, the Ghanaian scored 12 goals and added 10 assists "a statement came to an end.
Peprah, a Ghana under-23 international who was invited for friendlies against Japan and South Korea earlier this year, was the only player to score more goals than Diawisie Taylor of Karela United.
“We are happy to announce the additions of Olisa and Kwame,” Pirates' administrative manager Floyd Mbele said when welcoming the duo to the club. I'd want to express my gratitude to both Akwa United and King Faisal Football Club for their professionalism in handling these transactions."
