Ngcobo, joined Amakhosi after a great presentation season at Swallows FC which saw him secure Defender of the Season yet things have not been smooth, as has been attempting to get minutes and on top of that he has been played as focal midfielder.
Dladla used to work with Ngcobo at Uthongathi FC, where he made his name for himself.
"Njabulo Ngcobo is a player that can be instructed effectively," Dladla told the Siya group.
"He is a quick student and his game knowledge is of a serious level. I accept that with time and clear strategic guidelines from the specialized group he can play anyplace the mentors could consider him fit to play."
His previous mentor has uncovered that during their instructional course, Ngcobo would do well as standing firm on midfielder yet he is best footing is being a focal protector.
"I recall in preparing I used to have a good time day of 11 v 11 where I would teach players to play any position that they've won't ever play.
"Think about what Njabulo used to pick a holding midfielder and he would do well in that position yet having said that, I actually keep up with that his best position is the middle back."
